I really enjoyed this. Crunchy red pepper was a must, I added some freshly squeezed lemon juice too. I used a seeded wrap rather than pitta. Will definitely make again.

I also used the wraps from an earlier day and to avoid the dryness I mixed a little harissa paste with no fat yoghurt and drizzled it over the falafel. I think this really helped but only try it if you like a little chili kick ;)

Couldn't get wheat free pitta breads, so I used the wraps from an earlier day in the diet plan which was almost the same. I loved the Falafels with houmous and salad. Will definitely have this again as a quick lunch.

Very filling, next time I would warm the pitta and tear it up then just put everything in a bowl and enjoy.

This was way to dry for me.
